UAE Visa
A Dubai visa grants entry into the country for the duration specified on the visa. The UAE tourist visa online is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance, allowing individuals to enter the nation at any time during this period. Failure to do so will result in the revocation of the visa. Those not eligible for visa-on-arrival or visa-free entry to the UAE can apply for a tourist visa online. This option is open to individuals worldwide, except for females under 18, who are ineligible unless accompanied by their parents.
All nationalities can now apply for a new multiple-entry tourist visa, simplifying the process for tourists. Holders of a five-year visa can self-sponsor multiple visits, each lasting 90 days, with an option for a 90-day extension. Once a visit or tourist visa is approved, it can be extended for an additional 30 days without leaving the country. Visitors can even apply for a second renewal before the first one expires.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the UAE has implemented a Health Declaration form for inbound visitors as a precautionary measure. This allows the government to notify passengers if they have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive individual, helping to minimize infection rates and curb the spread of the disease.
Important information for travelers includes printing the UAE Tourist Visa and carrying it, as immigration officers may request it upon arrival. Additionally, travelers should ensure their passport has at least six months of validity from the arrival date, as immigration officers will stamp the passport after verifying the passport, visa, and flight tickets. This tourist visa cannot be converted to a different type of visa. Upon arrival, visitors are required to undergo a random quick COVID-19 test at the airport.
